Re: camera recommendations?

That sounds like a good camera! If you want to do any more research, check out this site: http://www.dpreview.com/ They have tons of reviews and information! After looking around I see the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 looks to be a great point and shoot camera too! Review here: http://www.dpreview.com/re...

Like gratefuldeb67 said, you really need to look at the ingredients. A lot of protein powders have all sorts of crap in them including scary artificial sweeteners and even extra sugar and fats for the "bulking" ones. I use one that is just whey protein. Has 80 calories and 20 grams of protein. I use...

Yes..

I know a couple of people who went to Curves and liked it OK. You basically just move around in a circle from station to station doing various exercises. (I got to see the inside workings of a Curves working on a computer in one of the clubs.) Like SassyInkPen says I think Shovelglove would give you...

I still have some of those friends to this day. Like you I was pretty introverted. Well, sorta... I was a class clown. I guess nobody...

From reading the blood type diet books and from several personal experiences with people with various blood types.

I'm sure it isn't 100%, but every one I've met with type A blood would do better on a vegan type diet. Just and observation...

Yeah...

Yeah, I have a niece who became a vegan/vegetarian on her own when she was like 4 or 5 and is now almost 18 and that is just the way she is! Her sister is definitely not a vegetarian... Some people do need to be a vegetarian. Their body chemistry just doesn't need or like the meat. It is usually blo...

Found a great 12 pounder at the local hardware store for $20. Man what a steal! It was funny they had some 10 pounders for $25-$28 and some other 12 pounders for $28-$32... Then there was that one for $20! Did my 1st 14 minute workout this morning and it was great!! Can't wait till tomorrow morning!...

Oh, yeah... The reason I treadmill instead of Urban Ranger is I live in the sticks... On the walking scale from 1 to 100 it would get a -21! :-) I do from time to time walk/jog my "training hill". I have this 1/8 mile 30%+ incline hill leading up to my house I use from time to time. But I have gone ...

I used Diet Power to keep track of all I ate. And I did a lot of treadmill. I would get on it and do it for 2 hours! I was burning 1100 calories at a time. During this I was doing some free weights and so far so good! As far as the treadmill I was doing 10% incline and fairly low speed. Now I will g...

A little late to the party...

Just started on the site last night... So you may not read this, but I find Under Armor compression type shorts work great to keep from chafing and help wick away the moisture. I just goggled and picked the first site with a picture of them: http://www.gobros.com/cat/Under-Armour-Long-Boxer-Briefs-J...

Just wanted to complement you on your site and systems!

Great site!! Very clean and great ideas! Definitely going to recommend it to others! I just found your site last night and have enjoyed the podcast and articles! I started my own weight loss habit and exercise program almost a year and have lost over 80 lbs. So I definitely know the power of habits!...
