Another beginner's routine!

Hi everyone. I started shugging again this friday (I didn't manage to make it part of my routine when I tried before, and grew distanced from my hammer :( ), and shugged again today! I didn't do any yesterday, as my arms were still too sore from friday. x] Here's my routine (I do the number displaye...

That's quite clever. I've got a bunch of old card-decks lying around that I can mark with different shugging instructions. I'll definitely try this.

Barefoot is best, I think. I don't have a habit of wearing shoes inside, like many here.

Since it was brought up, there's something incredibly silly and fun about naked shugging (naked shugging? Now, 'shugging' already was a dubious word..). I condone it!

I don't object to it at all, it is when non-vegans call themselves vegans that I get annoyed. The definition for the word "vegan" is very clear, and is not purely a dietary choice. So my nit-pick is when people who use wool/leather/silk/other animal-derived product call themselves vegan (or are call...

I'd certainly say so. I sometimes have a smoothie made from about one and a half frozen bananas, a couple of handfuls of frozen berries, and a bit of soy milk to make it liquidy.

Shouldn't be a problem for dinner; It's filling, tasty, and healthy to boot. ;]

That's excellent, about your son! The ideals of the young can be fiercely strong, I have noticed. I have been vegan since I was thirteen. :) Up until that time, I followed the same lifestyle as your son, eating fish, but no other meats. I realize that the lifestyle isn't for everyone, but for me, it...

Small nitpick, about the word "vegan"

Bear in mind: This is just a small nitpick, I do not have the intention of being arrogant at all. If I come across this way, I apologize in advance. To the subject-mobile! Right. I've seen a lot of people on this forum mention having been vegan for a while, then reverted back to vegetarianism/eating...

When my sleeping habits were at their best, I used to go to sleep at around 8 (sometimes a bit sooner), and I'd wake up at 3-4 in the morning.
