Hello there everyone... I've been doing this no-s thing for about three weeks, maybe four. I lost 13 pounds within the first two weeks, gained 3 pounds back, then lost two again. We'll see how I do this week, although Tuesday night I just was ravishing hungry...ended up eating 3 grilled cheese sandw...
