Reminds me of the Chinese (Asian in general?) practice of having fruit for "dessert" after a main meal. They get quite excited about melon season (think hobbits polishing the pumpkins). :-)

Ice for 10 minutes, then heat directly after that for 10 minutes. Repeat a couple of times every couple of hours. This should relax the spasm. Then lie flat on the floor in the yoga "corpse" pose to let everything readjust.

This works for me.

Just yesterday, my DH was strongly craving chocolate. He knew if he had eaten it, I would have had a red day. We have an agreement that if one person messes up, then the other person gets a default red day. It helps us stay on track. ;-)

My proud moment of the last weekend was stepping on the scale after Christmas was over. I have not gone above my starting weight of 11/12/08! I reached my goal of not gaining through the holidays. :o

I tried the Poorman meal (big hit with the husband) and then made bell peppers with eggs on Saturday. That last one is soooooo good. The peppers turn sweet when you fry them. Mmmmmm.....
