I reckon that many of us find that it goes up some for a day or so after the weekend due to the added sodium, sweets, etc. I find that if I stick with my meal plan during the week, it lowers and drops as the weekdays pass by.

The calorie counting experiment lasted about 2 days. :roll: It was tedious and not something that I could do long-term. Vanilla No S is simplier, saner and does work well when I follow the rules. Back on track & recovering from the trip.
