did horrible this past week! 2 days off of no S besides my S days and NO exercise! I've GOT to get back on this week with better choices. I have been doing No S for over a month and I think I've actually gained weight because of my food choices. I'm not giving up though!

Still doing well on the NoS, but not seeing any significant changes. Have worked in about 3 30-40 minute walks a week, plus parking further away from work.

I'm still doing well, but I'm still having a hard time fighting off the cravings after supper. I WANT more, but I know that I'm not really hungry.

try flylady.net. She's got some good techniques that don't take much time and really get you started on living a clutter free life. Once my house gets renovated, i'm going to start on this again. I did it for a while when I rented and it really helped a lot

It's felt good to be able to stick to the distance parking. I was able to go walking 4 days this week. Only 20 minutes today and then it started to poor cold rain. Bonus: My dog is learning to walk so much better on a leash(the whole dog whisperer thing) and has become much calmer because of the lon...

still hard, but I know tomorrow i can have something I have been craving all week and that's my mocha and muffin for breakfast. 2 more days to 21! I did have a couple of pieces of gum(not sugarfree), but I don't consider that to be a failure(right?).

I can relate. My cat didn't go for the walk either and actually got scared. My dog loves the walks and is getting much better at walking by my side and not pulling me.I've been watching a lot of "the dog whisperer". It was too cold and rainy to go walking today. Hopefully the weather will get better...

I do the same thing with my change just through my bank. Bank of America has a keep the change program where anytime you use your debit card they round up to the next dollar and put that into a savings account for you and they will even match what you save for the 1st 3 months. For example, you buy ...

Trying the Urban Ranger thing

I'm actually a country ranger since I live out in the country. I am about 20 miles from work, so that's out. I'm 5 miles from town and there are no sidewalks so that's out. My ony option is my neigborhood and a country road where there is little traffic. I am also going to try to park further away f...

redwinger's daily check in

I'm actually a newbie! I just started a week ago today and it's been fairly easy so far. I didn't even go overboard on the S days. Today was a success with no funny business. My sis also started the same day as me so there's some extra support there. This diet makes a lot of sense. With other "diets...
