I've noticed this. Having sweets all by themselves for me sends my blood sugar up (I'm not diabetic, but have the all the makings of getting it), and I feel jittery and crummy, then sugar comes crashing down and I feel hungrier than any other time.

I know that in eating 3 balanced meals a day,--- not snacking, not taking extra food with my meals, and not eating sweets on weekdays, I am definitely taking in less calories than I used to.

Yeeeeesss. Not feeling guilty about 'normal' food is major for me.
