A recent favorite of mine is a yogurt poured on top of 1/2 to 3/4 cup of granola. Maybe a piece of fruit, usually not. (Lunch is usually my smallest meal.)

Do check out bentos! They are more work, but great fun! I love the careful selection and arrangement of healthy foods too. :)

Don't sweat it. Learning to control your S-days has to be done just as much as learning how to do the N-days. I think most people go through similar things when they are starting out too. And they learn a lot about food, dining, their relationship with food...

Doing great! My primary goal: avoid inflaming knee pain, is going great! It seems that my plan of alternating biking and walking is doing the trick!

No, I haven't recovered yet... I've noticed a definite plateau in my scale weight. Friday was a federal holiday for us as well, so 3 S-days really put a damper on my progress... :(
