Mostly because of the a new stresser at work, that developed today. Fell off the wagon so to speak after 3:00 p.m. Had a piece of chicken after dinner (l...

I absolutely agree with you there!

However, I have always eaten fruit as a part of a meal or with protein. For some reason, fruit on its own always gave me gas or diarrhea, or it made me hungrier in between meals.

Now with No S, even sweets tend to upset my stomach.

Another successful day. :) Boring though, because I didn't exercise, and with work being closed these last 5 days, I've been somewhat complacent. I need routine. I work so much and have to deal with the kids during the school year until Summers, and more than one day off from work at home is somewha...

I had a really excessive weekend -- it was pretty much the first time since I've started where I felt like I was just eating compulsively, for the sake of cramming food in my mouth. I don't know WHAT that was about! Except that I was really tired? I haven't had excessiveness like this, but I have h...

My inner voice screamed at me

Right after reading the No S Diet, I heard a voice inside my head say

"Food can save your life or kill you. It's your choice!

Just enough will keep you alive, too much will kill you (sickness, disease, etc).

Enough said.
