Part of my whole No S hangup has been Starbucks mochas! However, I have been doing well on my latest return to No S by allowing myself black tea with 1 tsp of sugar between meals and I may have up to 5-6 cups a day in the winter time. I'm not going to let a little thing like a tsp of sugar become a ...

It's really not good for females. I gave up all diet sodas and artificial sweeteners in 2004 because of cystic breasts. I've seen a big difference! I'd rather have an unsweet tea or tea and a bit of sugar now.

I'm a former WW life member who needs to drop 10 lbs. If it is of any comfort, it will take a while to find what works for you portion wise. I use a luncheon sized plate for my meals. Though I will confess that both yesterday and today I ate too much during a meal, even though the meals were "legal"...

I use a saucer sized plate for breakfast and a luncheon sized one for my other meals. I can remember being sick ...

I started last November, did OK for the month, and then played with No S until spring when I gave it up for the summer.

However, I started again on Sept 18th and so far, so good. Vanilla No S. No excuses. No mods. 4 tsp sugar glass ceiling/day for tea.

It feels great!

Lazy woman's homemade chicken soup for the crockpot. In the morning pour 1 big can (49 oz) (or 4 small, 14 oz) of chicken stock into a crockpot set on low. I use thawed/slightly thawed cut up chicken tender pieces, unbreaded, about 5-6. You could cut up 2 breast pieces, also. Probably 1 lb of chicke...

Dear TF: Just a thought from someone older. Be yourself. Don't let what your friends did keep you down. They are not your friends in truth. What's most important is to be 100% yourself with people. You will find new, true friends that way. A long time ago I realized that if people didn't like me for...
