Thanks for sharing your opinions. In the end, I didn't eat another meal, though I had mentally prepared for one.

I'm in the same situation again today. At breakfast at 11:30am and will have supper at 6 or 6:30. Will play it by ear again and if I'm hungry eat. :)

Woo Hoo! I made it through 3 weeks!! I've lost 5 pounds. I'm a bit disappointed in that I lost the 5 a week ago and haven't lost anything since, still I'm happy. Hopefully I'll lose another 5 in 3 weeks.

Do you ever have a skipped meal later in the day? Today we had breakfast at 11am and then didn't eat again until 7pm. If I eat a sandwich or something is it a snack?
