I agree. If I ate dinner at 5-7, and I stayed up til after 10, then I might start getting hungry. I think that I could allow a fourth mini-meal, but I really don't want that. On average, I eat dinner within 1-2 hours of going to bed. I'd like to change that, but it's been my habit forever.

You have such a great attitude! I did the walking tapes for awhile and my mother-in-law has lots of them and does them when the weather is bad or she can't get to tai chi or aquasize. I think you are on the right track. Good luck!

I agree with wosnes. As soon as I read the original post, I was thinking, one month is what'll take just to get in the groove. Personally, I use No S as a framework for my eating, but I know I need to move also in order to burn the calories and lose weight. Good luck!

I used to keep a food journal that tracked my food intake, weight, water intake, and exercise. I found that it helped me a lot, especially seeing my eating trends. Now I just keep an exercise journal and have a habitcal for No S and Exercise.
