DAY 1 SUCCESS Breakfast: 9:20 am Carrot and coriander cup soup with two small slices of buttered toast Lunch: 12:30 2 potato waffles with baked beans and quorn mince I have almost certainly eaten lunch too early but I was really hungry :? Dinner: 8pm ish Potato wedges and sour cream dip
