Hmm, I doubt it will work. Organic food doesn't make you lose weight. You can lose weight on conventional foods.

Seems like a way for her to make some money.

Seems like a bunch of supplements to me.

Blimey, according to the machine I've lost 2.2kg of fat. In one week. My BMI and weight is exactly the same, but my body fat % has seriously reduced (as has my waist). Is this a fluke? Back to the exercises this week, we'll see if it continues/if next week it's all back again...maybe it was an elec...

Instant Coffee

What is the best tasting instant coffee? I know brewed is better but I need a recommendation for instant.

Welcome ... and it sounds like you are doing fantastically well! Honestly, I hope you don't feel bad or berate yourself for having a couple of snacks, especially given that you are in your last few weeks of pregnancy. Your body may actually need a little extra fuel (and it isn't like you were bingi...

Yes, I noticed this too while frequenting a low-carb forum. People do become very extreme and very aggressive about what ever plan they have chosen to follow. I think that to eat all meat is the same extreme as people who eat all fruit or all raw foods. Neither produces good health. I think they'll ...

My JOURNEY

I begin NO-S tomorrow! I'm excited about this plan and really hope it works!

Because of my carb sensitivity, I do have to restrict my carb and sugar intake but not to the point where I am counting carb grams. I never want to do that again!

Thank you all for the warm welcomes and encouragement. It's nice to find a place where people actually understand what you are feeling. Becky123abc, I can't wait to hear about your progress as the year goes on. You can count me as one of your cheerleaders. Maybe by the end of the year we will be the...

I just want a normal eating routine that I can stick to w/o a lot of rules, counting etc. I was able to relax for a while without having to think about dieting because of pregnancy. I only gained 25 po...
