Hello again

Yes, I know I have had a series of false starts doing this program, but I have decided I am going to try again. I think that I have a tendency to both overthink this program (when it ultimately is a very simple concept), and to have an all-or-nothing mentality- I have a red N day, I often just want ...

Hey! So let me say that I logged in after a very long hiatus and was VERY freaked out to see H2Orange mentioned! I thought I was the only person to have tried the NS system :D seemed like no one else had ever heard of it. LA, I agree with you- NS seems much more restrictive than NOS. Although I too ...

What to order...

Well, it depends. You should order the More system if you have lots of pounds/inches to lose, lots of health issues, lots of candles on your birthday cake, etc- this system has helped many women for whom the Total System started out to be too strenuous. But at one time, it was only the Total System ...

T-tapp

Tricia, it works great! The trick is to stay consistant with it! I lost a few clothing sizes when I was doing t-tapp on a consistant basis- but if you stop, you gain it back! The exercises are a mix of muscle/core building, cardio, yoga, dance theory, and pilates. She does have some moves on her sit...

So how are you all doing?

I am, amazingly, starting to have more successful days than failures! My hardest thing lately has been avoiding an afternoon snack. Something I have found that helps, however, is to drink glasses of water before my meals, during my meals, and after my meals (not my original idea, got this from a fel...

So did anyone else deal with that mentality of "Since I can't have it, I want it" and if so, how did you deal with that. Patty, I totally get your question; I was there too! I deal with it by telling myself (several times a day) "If I want it, I can have it on an "S" day." I was very very strict th...

Dru, I came here in a rather round about way. First I googled naturally thin and came upon NT, a non diet board that I worked for awhile, but it was lacking for me in several areas. So I am back again. Why did I not jump back into this? Guess I feel like it seems to good to be true, or at least too good to actually work for me (shrug)? I half-heartedly attempted some other ways of eating out there- weight watchers, naturally slim, etc did I lose weight- nope. Did I lose my mind...

What a fascinating article! Of course, all the companies that promote their "cash cow" diet du jour aren't going to like this. But it fits in with No-S and a few books I have read (10 habits of naturally slim people, Diets Don't work, Intuitive Eating).

This is a question for those who have passed their first 21 days+ Do you now find that you are naturally eating less during your No-S meals b/c you get fuller faster now? I am liking the daily check-ins

It is really good to see everyone's check ins, and compare to amount I eat, types of foods I eat etc. I guess part of my stumbling block to No-S success has been my fears that 1. I eat too much at my meals and 2. I don't eat enough quality foods on No-S days. But I see that I am eating the same as t...

So I started again, yesterday (Thurs June 30). I figured what do I have to lose by trying this way of eating out (other than pounds of course)?
