Still going great, although I am going to have to give myself a "FAIL" for yesterday. I went out to dinner with a friend, and we ordered all appetizers (but it was an organic farm to market restaurant so it was all super healthy vegetable dishes). I had two small plates of food which would have equa...

Cool Coffee! I'm working on my second 21 day string now, too! I almost had dessert the other night at a friends house...she made something special for me, but I asked if I could just take it home and that was cool. (was going to save it for the weekend but my husband ate it in the meantime :ro...

21 Days! as of Yesterday.... 4 YELLOW S day Rest were GREEN! :D Did not have any S days I felt were overboard, but I definitely did not hold back. I ended up not taking Sundays as S days for no reason except that nothing came up that I "had to have". I won't rule out more S days in the future. I did...

yes, i do the same thing...I can eyeball many things, but nuts, peanut butter, etc. are not among them because they are so calorie dense.

I have a tiny dish, and a little tin that let's me measure out nuts for a meal or bagged lunch without having to actually weigh them.

No S is helpful for people who tend to over-analyze why they eat too much, at the expense of doing something about it. With No S, low self-esteem and being overweight can be treated as separate problems, and tackled separately. That's helpful. Two-front wars are generally bad news. You can get your...

I have observed in the last couple of weeks that sometimes I am hungry , really hungry at the end of the day before dinner. If I don't do anything about it sometimes it just goes away....shocking! I always thought hunger needed to be acted upon immediately. Turns out I really can wait to eat. But if...

I first "discovered" the No S Diet last summer. I thought it was genius! Then for some reason I just stopped doing it and for the life of me I can't remember why. I know I was traveling a lot, and I do a lot of long distance bicycle riding, so I was having trouble figuring out a reasonable way to wo...
