Well, last night I could not sleep so I ate a snack. Not a binge but a fairly large snack. I was able to stop myself from my usual "what the hell" response when I break a No S rule.

I'll consider it a personal moral victory but still a red on the habitcal.

Thanks for the encouragement Sinnie! Glad there are people that understand about the binge eating. It is embarrassing but also difficult to unlearn. So far my slightly modified No S seems to be working.

I agree Vanilla NoS is the simplest solution and also the most likely to succeed given patience.

Breakfast = 3 donuts and some berries.
Snack 1 = cheese curds
Lunch = Chicken sausage and 3 bean salad
Snack 2 = cheese curds and 1/2 of an unfrosted cupcake
Snack 3 = a now frosted cupcake
Dinner = Chicken mole and a cupcake for dessert

It's nice to get it all out there!
