No, it doesn't. That's why I do my mod, which is 2 ounces of cheese at 10 am. I have tried eating bigger breakfasts, but I am still getting hungry mid- morning, probably because I am doing a lot of physical (food handling) work in the morning and also all of my Urban Rangering.

I used to wonder about this, too, and I'm sure others will post some excellent advice for you, but my own suggestion is this: Don't over-think the No-S rules. You get a plate of food. Aim for moderation, right in the middle between pigging out and deprivation. Enjoy your lunch!

As I have been "rehearsing" my return to No-S, I have been using a little vanilla soymilk in my decaf coffee to tide me over from one meal to the next.

I like the idea of watered down juice, too, and will try that. It would be an easy thing to manage at work.

I've been off the wagon so much it's not even funny but I always keep coming back. It's like No S is the baseline I measure my (bad) behavior against. I eat mostly from-scratch healthy foods, but I just eat too darn much of it. I'm lucky, I guess, that while I haven't lost any weight, I haven't gain...

Dinner: sardines, boiled buttered little red potatoes, green beans After dinner, we had some errands to run, so we also stopped at Starbuck's and I limited myself to a decaf with a little vanilla soy. No cookies! :D Our daughter graduates from college today, so this is a very happy S Day for me. :D

Wednesday dinner: Dirty Rice, veggies, mandarin orange and bananas. Zatarain's Dirty Rice does not work with Food Rules, which I'm still following. Too many ingredients, many of which would not appear on my pantry shelf. Bought it in a moment of laziness, but will not buy again. I can make it better...

Today is Day 20 on my current 100 Day Challenge. 100% on program! And it is easy! So, for the first 20 days, 2 fail days, which gives me 90% success overall. :D

Saturday: black-eye peas; beets; roasted garlic bread, toasted; mandarin oranges. Saturday treats: 10 oz Dr Pepper at lunch, and small slice of cherry pie after dinner
