Wednesday October 3: Fail

Huge lunch, and cheesecake for dinner... :oops:

But tomorrow is a new day. Even with the oopsies today, I ddin't eat for quite a while after the large lunch, and then I only had a normal portion of cheesecake and stopped. Even with a fail, I had small successes. :)

I've been doing my S days on Friday and Saturday because of my schedule. So Sunday and Monday, N days for me, were not so good.

It's been about a month. I started back in 2010 but never actually developed any sort of habit, so this has been my first real month.

I struggle with this too. But then at work (I work at an amusement park) I see thin people and very large people. that is tough. I'm the same way! I debated allowing sweets on my plate if it fits too... I think it helps to have my favorite flavors of yogurt in the house, and fruit and granola bars. Things that are sweet but not really a dessert or anything.

how many hours apart are your meals? I find that most of my meals last 4-5 hours. It helps me to try to have protein at each meal. I haven't been at it long so I don't have too much advice... but see if you can adjust those things! Hope everything works out!
