If it makes you feel any better, most home scales, even the new ones, will give you at least a couple of different readings when weighing yourself multiple times. Not sure why they do that, but that has been my experience.

Glad to see your first day went well. By the way, I can't claim that all my first days on former diets went well. Some were abandoned by lunch time! And good job on the exercise even though it was a bit shorter than you expected. The point is you got out there. Well Done.

DAY 1: Success!
This is my first day on No-S and I am so excited to begin this journey. I successfully ate like a normal person today. And despite having no snacks, sweets or seconds, I am going to bed comfortably full and looking forward to tomorrow.
