:D Today did the yoga vid I found on Netflix and LOVED it.....was in quite a bit of pain this morning and it truly helped alleviate it. Very gentle, no "pretzel" moves. It may not be for everyone (very hippy-skippy, new age-y, including sitar music!) but that is my cuppa! It is streaming on Netflix,...

Kept up my water and supplement intake. This morning got right back on track no-essing. Did my mile walk with Leslie S...

Hi Kevin, thanks for stopping by....yes, I think I have seen that at my TJ's but haven't tried it yet....will pick some up next time I'm there....I'm not much of a coffee drinker (even though I live in Seattle) and I love my tea. Hey Noel, thanks for the super-quick reply :D How did your class go? What do you teach? (I have a bunch of teachers in my family, Goddess bless em--I couldn't do it, don't have the patience) I thought that the homemade juice would be ok, certainly lower in cals that fruit juice, and full of health-g...

question about juicing

ok so I am new here and I have been looking through the old posts. One post had mentioned that if you ABSOLUTELY HAD to put somthing in your gut between meals, it would be ok to have a glass of milk or juice. I was at the store today and was going to pick up some V-8 to have on hand just in case I f...

Thanks for the tip Woesnes :D First thing I do when I get up is guzzle a 16oz glass of water into which a packet of Emergen-c gets mixed. This usually does the trick, but if the ACV helps tooo, I'll add that to my arsenal. If that doesnt cut it, then the excedrin migraine....then the imitrex, then l...

Well, it totally worked. Didn't have any hunger pangs for 4 hours after rising, as opposed to 2 hours. Eating my very moderate breakfast right now: mango smoothie, toast from my homemade bread, and strawberry cream cheese. I went to visit the Braggs site, and there is a lot of useful information the...

Hi, Newbie here

Hello I stumbled upon this site via Sparkpeople...what I am reading here seems to make common sense. I am very OCD when it comes to food so not having to count/log/journal/ etc etc appeals to me. Just do it and get on with the rest of your life. Looking forward to getting to know you all. Oh, and I ...
