Sit down and write why you ate what you did, and how you felt after it. Usually you'll feel pretty guilty. You have to remember...it's only food. Eating the bad food will do nothing good for you except taste good for like 2 minutes...then what? It's all gone, you feel guilty, probably over stuffed a...

It really does satisfy me, and it's also super convenient for when I'm on the go. I'm usually not at all ravenous by dinner. Most of the time there's a 5 hour stretch between my meals, and I've gotten good with drinking about 32 oz of water in between as well as tea to hold me. Thanks for the input!

small lunches??
Ok so i'm pretty comfortable with the No S's (about a month in). Is it ok that I'm only eating 2 or 3 pieces of fruit for lunch? Usually it's a banana, grapefruit, or apple (two of the three). They are usually pretty filling...especially the grapefruit, which I love! I usually have a nice bowl of he...

To be honest, I had the same question. Today, I had class from 11am to 3pm straight. I had breakfast at 8am (just kashi cereal), so I didn't really have "lunch" until 3. By then, I didn't really feel hungry, but I had an apple and a banana anyway, so I figured I'll just eat my last meal at dinner ar...

hahaha thanks! For lunch I had an apple, banana, half a turkey sandwich on 12 grain bread topped with lots of veggies. It was really good, but may not have been enough like you said. Although, I do tend to get stuffed pretty quickly. It doesn't help that I've been trying to stop eating before I feel...

the hunger pang thang
Ok so for breakfast this morning (7:30am) I had about 1 serving of kashi heart to heart cereal with skim milk. It held me until about 1pm, when I started having hunger pangs (which is a record). I had 32 oz of water and a couple of cups of tea in between. I ended up having lunch at 1:30pm. I thought...

Marygrace, that is all so very promising for me!! It's nice to know others are having similar experiences. I've found that thinking hard about eating really helps. Is it worth it? Will I really feel that much better after eating it? NO! Usually that thought removes the cravings instantly especially ...

Thank you!!! I'm actually a runner! I ran cross and track for sometime, but I've had to quit the team, because I no longer have the time, so now I just run in the morning about 4 times a week. I do not drink!!! But yes, exercising has never really been my problem. It's always come down to over eatin...

NEW a college student!
Hello all! I am new, although I have been No-sing for about 3 weeks now. I've finally mastered all the No's. I'm still having trouble over eating though during my meals. Eating slowly and not over eating are my two big goals I think I need to achieve to officially make this a life style. Finding thi...
