No Auto I don't do S days. My main reason is I'm more concerned with no bingeing and S days weren't helping me there. Love it! Thanks, You've inspired me. I have always felt good eating that way in the past, and a lady (nutritionist) I once knew said bread isn't bad but it takes room away from veggies etc and can be a lazy food...that is exactly how I am with it lately. Good on you Auto! :lol: 8) .
