Re: honey's check-in

Thanks auto!

Well I haven't checked in for about a week due to dropping my phone in the washing up bowl so I couldn't access the site - it's been a shocking week so I would have been checking in fails anyway.

I'm out for a meal tonight, back on it tomorrow. I need to do this for myself.

Re: honey's check-in

That's a good way to think of it! I'm normally quite good at avoiding the staffroom "treats" It was our youngest daughter's last day off yesterday before starting secondary school today  we had a lovely day out and I did have an ice-cream so unfortunately another fail. The annoying thing is t...

Re: automated eating tracker

Nice that you got so much done at work - that's a great feeling.
It's great that you are being true to yourself and focusing on your strengths, it's what really matters! I find I can be quite rotten to myself sometimes.

Re: honey's check-in

Hi automatedeating, Yes the heating element blew halfway through dinner! I've ordered the new part so hopefully it'll be here by the end of the week so we can fit it at the weekend. My S day weekend wasn't too crazy, however yesterday was another fail. I was back to work after the 6 weeks holiday. I...

Today is the last day of week 5 and I don't feel I'm struggling too much. I've just weighed myself and I've lost 7lb so far which has made me feel motivated to start doing some more exercise and start thinking about upping my fruit and veg intake too.

Very happy with how it's going :D

I did look longingly and the cream cakes at the supermarket last night but I reminded myself that I could have a cake or some chocolate on Saturday.

Today is the start of my third week and I've lost 6lb so far, very happy with this although I know it'll soon slow down. I still feel very positive about it all, my husband had a couple of biscuits last night with his cup of tea and it briefly crossed my mind, but I wasn't tempted. I love the fact t...

honey's Daily Check In

Today is the start of my second week. My first week was a success.

I had a wobble yesterday and nearly had a slice of cake about 6pm, I'd had a rubbish afternoon and wasn't eating until tea until later. Part of me was thinking it won't matter but I didn't give in!

Hello! A quick introduction.

Hello, I've been reading the boards and I'm very inspired. I've just completed my first week and it was a success! I'm a SAHM and I've been finding comfort in food for a bit too long now, I've been stuck in a cycle of feeling fat and unhappy, eating more to feel better, feeling more unhappy, doing l...

Hi Mander, I just wanted to say hello and wish you good luck. I'm new too, well I joined up last year but never posted or even got started with the diet. I've just finished my first week of vanilla no-s and I'm feeling quite pleased with myself and very motivated still! It just seems like such commo...
