I'm glad you found an exercise solution that is safe as well! And fantastic on maintaining the NoS habit throughout it all :) Thanks! I went to the gym with my sweetie yesterday, definitely felt safe. It was hot and sweaty in there (No AC and over 85 outside, but felt cool when we got out) but I di...

Thanks for the tips and concern Eschano and NoSnacker, Don't worry about being patronizing. I'll take any and all advice. I was thinking about an Ipod instead and also I should not have still been listening to it in the street, it makes you less aware of what and who is around you. I changed my rout...

My goal is Vanilla No S, and exercise at least every other day. If I finish out the month, that will be 23 days on habit. Great to see some old friends on this th...

No Snacker, I agree with you, but I have had these perfectionist tendencies that would not allow me to fail and move on. It was actually good to be able to do that, I mean mark it and move on. I also didn't have it in my mind till later that we would eat Costco pizza, so I really was giving in and s...

Eschano, Ironchef, I agree about the permasnacking. Even at that party last night, snacking and nibbling for an hour or two was much less gratifying than if I had loaded one plate and sat down and enjoyed it. Glad to get back to an Nday today.
