I cleared off my long unused Bowflex contraption that I bought used a few years ago. I hurt my weak back using it for the very first time. hey there, congrats on finding and doing shovelglove. I'd recommend sticking to the daily schedule; as you say doing this in the morning may be just the ticket to supplement your other training.
