Congrats, that is such a great feeling! Enjoy those small fails, and it will keep helping you get away from the binges. My S Days have been a bit of a challenge for me to enjoy, so I am focusing on keeping my sanity, too. Good luck and keep up the great work!

Welcome back again. Good luck with your half! Feel free to join us for the September challenge - it's never too late to join in. We'll be doing one in October, too, so you can use that as the 21 day challenge, too, or just post your 21-day challenge yourself.

Enjoy Vegas!

Sounds like the tweaks are going well. Sorry to hear about your pain from standing. For some quicker meals, you could do some prep ahead meals that you can do a few things at a time. I really like to bake things in the oven because once it's prepped, there's no more cooking work to do - the oven doe...

Great job with everything you got done yesterday! An S Day today is much deserved. As for the term fail, for me, I've gotten to the point where it's no big deal. One fail every now and then isn't going to de-rail me from NoS, and I have many more successful days now than I would without NoS. You cou...

I thought about doing the same thing - skipping out on posting because of a major fail yesterday. I'm so glad we didn't. I feel much better about today, back on track. You have so many successful days stacked up that some fails won't derail you - keep up the great work!

Linda, hang in there. Even maintaining for me is better than gaining, like I had been doing before. Maintaining is a success, and your weight is just a number. We are definitely our own worst critics - we wouldn't say most of the stuff to friends that we say to ourselves. That just isn't right!

Hang in there with the fails, you'll make it through, and don't be so hard on yourself. Maintaining and being on NoS for as long as you have is such an achievement, and I always look to you for advice - you are definitely doing a lot of things right. Vanilla NoS isn't going to be right for everyone....

Focusing on one small thing really adds up in the long run. We just can't physically do everything, and it sounds like you are on the right track. That's awesome, Klutzy! I use food to put things off, too. It is tough to face some of the bigger things that we know we need to get done. I am trying to focus on one small thing a day - keeping two hotspots in the house clear each morning. On the weekends, I am going to focus on a larger 30 minute ...

Welcome, Sandy. I definitely agree that taking away the allure of foods being forbidden helps a lot. The other key for me is to be more focused while I am eating. A lot of times I'll just mindlessly eat, and I won't even enjoy my meal. If I take more time to really enjoy what I'm eating, then I find...
