Day Three: FAILURE

Didn't snack, but ate a plateful of oven baked french fries and two home-cooked chicken quesadillas for dinner. So, technically a failure because I ate more than a plateful.

Greetings and salutations!

First-time poster, longtime lurker. I've been following the board since 2005 and read the book in 2008, but have never actually attempted the diet. So, this will be my first try. I intend to follow vanilla No S with one minor modification: until I'm able to wean myself completely off "snacks," I am ...

Absolute Beginner

Any suggestions for a Shovelglove workout for an absolute beginner? As in, what movements and how many reps would be best? I have a 12 lb. sledge.

Thanks!
