I'm sorry to hear that it's been a rotten year. :( As far as I can tell, being a relative newbie, vacation days are S days as a general rule. I think it's excellent that you're still being diligent when it would be so easy to go overboard.

12/14 - Success! - Yesterday I was feeling more like myself, and I had a lovely day at the gym working on my back and doing some on the row machine. Can't remember exactly what I ate, but I know it was within the NoS rubric.

Today, it is lovely out, so I'm hoping to go on a run before work.

I think that's relatively common. As long as you keep them small and planned (i.e. no deciding on the spur of the moment that you need a forth meal...that would be snacking), four meals might be just what someone needs to stay on track.

That being said, I'm a 3-mealer. Others can weigh in. :)
