Imogen - I think it's the phlegm issue (sorry if TMI!). Ater surgery when my breathing was very tricky, I noticed more than usual that milk caused phlegm and made matters a heck of a lot worse. Today is a FAIL. After my dinner I had a piece of fruit and then some cashews and then some macadamised and then some pumpkin seeds..basically a nut test. Grrr. I'm going nuts!!
