My meal times change a lot too. I work a variable schedule. It is not too bad because I usually sleep and eat at the same intervals even if it is not at the same time.

The best part of the book deal is that it will reach a whole new group of people.

Learning to not be a "victim" to food.

I think it is a version of learned helplessness. If you get a "shock"= negative feedback no matter what choice yo...

Just try to get one day under your belt and let the rest wait until tomorrow. You sound a little overwhelmed by the thought of it. I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get it going again. But you are thinking about it and it will come back to you.

I have only been doing this a few days. But I am surprised at how much of a physical pull I feel to stick a snack in my mouth. Today, my son was eating some candy and the urge to eat one was strong. I resisted. I am glad to hear that it gets easier. Can't they play poker on the s days?

As a person who for years has enjoyed a really strick and punishing diet (no more) I think that the Biggest Loser is more self hatred. I mean all those people crying over their weight makes me want to puke. The cycle of overly restrictive dieting is part of a cycle of self hate and low self esteem. ...

Harder than I thougth it would be.

I had 3 good days last week Abused my weekend just a little and now it has been hard to get back on track this week. I am a chronic dieter that never really loses any weight. It is a cycle that I am trying to stop and I think the No S's could be key. I am having a good day today though and I am feel...
