I do the same thing everyday. I could take a quick bus ride to the station or walk the 1 1/2 miles. I started walking it over a year ago - regardless of the weather. I love it!

Try drinking a few glasses of water when you are hungry. That should knock out the hunger pangs. Works for me. It's also one of the cornerstones of the TURBOCHARGED program.
