I'm not very good at working out when I'm hungry - but also I'm constrained by work, etc. So I have set mealtimes during the week, and am a bit more flexible at weekends (although I don't like to change it too much). It ends up being approximately 5 1/2 hours between each meal. I actually quite like...

I read the Karen Le Billon book and enjoyed it. She obviously did a lot o reading on the subject too. I no longer have the book, but I'd recommend it. However, I'm a working single parent, and especially when my son was little, my time with him in the evening was very limited. I love the idea of "sl...

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2551383/Too-wine-late-night-snacks-not-cooking-butter-makes-British-women-fat-says-chef-Raymond-Blanc.html Why just women? To be honest, I don't think it does work the same way for everyone. I use it more as a template for eating, but I still have to be careful about how much I eat. Like many other diets, it "works" by limiting your calorie intake, and I think it's a great way of doing that - but it's not going to magic...

Cliff Richard's three meals a day
It sounds like Cliff Richard is doing his own version of No S: ‘I’ve probably gone on every diet there is. Now I don’t starve myself, and I eat three meals a day, but it’s healthy food, so I can have as much as I like without putting weight on. Although I do treat myself to a bit of bad food...
