what has helped me lately is just cutting down on sugar, period. and staying away from artificial sweeteners - in some cases they can make the sugar cravings worse. it might help you with craving sweets. it definitely has helped me.

Tried it out and it worked pretty well. I do get hungry a lot so it wasn't a problem. I think I will keep this up. It is not really a mod, as I will still eat if it is mealtime even if I am not extremely hungry, but I think this idea helps keep mindless eating under wraps.
