Do you weigh in on any other days of the week? Weighing in on Mondays would scare me even though I know it's typically only water weight gain from eating more sweets. When I was being "good", I liked my Saturday morning weigh ins because they showed a nice loss after being on track for 5 days.

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves when tempted how we will feel later if we overindulge. I find this technique extremely helpful when I am considering drinking too much! I love your StrategicSpending system!! I really need to implement #1 on your list. I have a bad habit of stopping by the convenience store during the week and spending $2-3 every day on pop (and candy before NoS). If I stopped doing that, I'd save at least $500 a year!
