Walking may be weird, but not driving is downright wacko according to some folks! Like the bank manager who had to verify my signature from my government-issued health care card because I don't have a driver's license! He couldn't imagine how I get around. And he was dumbstruck when I told him I man...

Anti-Journal for yesterday in 5-4-3-2-1: PB & crackers in the afternoon, because they were there. A bunch of veggies and dip before dinner. Also 1/4 of my actual plate at dinner, although I've had this food court meal so often that the guy knew what modifications I'd want as soon as he saw me! (Extr...

I can't think of one discussion on this board that isn't respectful, kind and very informative! For me, peanut butter is a trigger food and the only way I can have it is a "controlled substance" - I bought a box of the little individual packs that you get at restaurants to put on toast, and when I'm...

Rachelcity, seaweed salad can be very tasty. I figure, I just bought it in the wrong store. By "void of seaweed" I meant the type I had that day (sorry). Heddi, if you were here, I'd gladly share my really good seaweed with you! And my dental floss, 'cause that stuff really gets stuck in my teeth!!...

Heddi, I had seaweed salad with my sushi at lunch, and it was delish! Not cheap in Canada, either, but I'm finding that my meals are getting smaller, so I can finish the container tomorrow at lunch. And you're 1000% right that life is too short to eat bad food! Noni, your story reminds me of the Sei...

You could incorporate the point system.
