I'm in my second week of NoS and I'm totally loving it, but being that it's summer, I've been drinking home-made iced coffees with Ez Sweetz and half and half. I use about one oz of cream in each mug and I drink about 3 throughout the day. It is totally refreshing and I just can't picture myself jus...
