Sounds similar to my schedule (10pm bedtime). I usually eat with my kids, which means dinner is finished by 6pm. If I moved my breakfast at work from 9am to 10am (which would be easy), then I'd be doing an 8 hr window without really thinking about it. I have been trying not to drink alcohol in the e...

Oops, that should have said I do NOT need the same dinner as an active man! Absolutely Larkspur, dinner is the only meal of the day that my family eats together routinely, so it's very important to me too. I'm thinking I'll track for one more week and then stop, as it's getting a bit boring. At this...

You’ll see maintaining posts from me, but that’s because I’ve been here over 5 years, so my losses were years ago (after my first bub and then after my second). In the past I always lost, but then always yo-yo’d, so maintenance of a lower weight long term has been unique to No S. I get that ...

Did my body weight routine yesterday and took my daughter swimming today. I’m still using the app to track my eating. I find it super easy, as I’ve got a bunch of dietary defaults anyway, plus NoS means I only record 3 meals a day. I find I’m eating better on weekend because I’m recording. I...

Feeling better today, but still somewhat odd. Cycled to work though! Planning a body weight workout tonight on my plan I'm doing with my work friend. We are definitely keeping each other honest so far!

Still green despite being sick, if anything I feel less like eating.

Interesting. I eat in about a 7 - 8 hr window most days at the moment just naturally - a late breakfast at work, and an early dinner most nights with my kids. It's definitely the nights with later dinners (i.e. a longer eating period) that correlate with heartburn.

Really pleased to hear you are going so well with your mod. I've read some articles about the health benefits of IF, but haven't tried it out at all.

I'm very interested to hear if you find it improves your reflux issues. I'm better the past week or two, but still have the odd bad night.

I did still cycle in to work, but very, very slowly!

Sunday today. I baked oat cookies and had one with my lunch.

I spent the morning working with a community group who is restoring a local wetland. Fun, but very sweaty work! This afternoon off for a swim with the cousins.

I’m planning to do a workout from Darebee once kids are in bed tonight.

Candy corn was always about the novelty, I don’t think I ever actually liked the taste.

My mother, who suffered multi day, sometimes vomiting migraines through her adult life has not had one since menopause. So, there may well be a connection, and perhaps light at the end of the tunnel!

Oatmeal (what I call porridge) works for me, but only if I spruce it up - eg with a spoon of ground linseeds, some sour cream and a few berries. I think without additions the fat is a little low to last me. Steel cut oats definitely have more staying power, but I don’t have time on weekdays. Quick...
