Hi Reinhard. Thank you for all,of your work on the boards.
I'd hate to see the boards go, but you must do whatever works for you.
I really hope the boards can be retained, even if simply as a read-only archive.

Yes, No S is simple. I find when I'm following it right that I have more time available, mostly because I'm not fretting over what to eat, when to eat it, and worse, trying to follow a conventional diet which seems to take a huge amount of my time.
Good luck!

I should say that I actually picked up my mantra from a post here, but I can't remember who quoted it

Just a very quick check in as I've been working hard on a computer all day long and have no desire to spend any more time on one today :D

Today was a

Eschano, I can't believe I've missed your testimonial check in until now.
Just want to say, very well done, and thanks for being an inspiration to me. I've been reading your first check in thread from the start - you've come so far and it's so good to read.

Well done!

You'll get different opinions about how to handle the morning tea. I think I'd make the tea itself an S Event, rather than making all of Wednesday an S day. so treat the time you're with your friend as S, but as soon as the meeting is over you're back to an N day. That's what has worked best for me ...

Two bad habits when eating.

I'm on No S reboot # 567. Actually I'm kidding about 567 which is an exaggeration, but basically I'm back again. I'm starting with the basics and am on my first 21 day challenge. I live alone, and approximately 99% pf my eating is done alone. I've noticed that I'm eating too quickly. I was wondering...

I got misled once again by "Diet Head". I have a couple of saboteurs. Panicking about weight loss leads to diet head, that's the biggie for me. I'm back with something of an update. I took Oolala's suggestion to try eating 5 times a day. I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks and tried to stick to a schedule for eating them. I can't stop eating...

Just that really.
Was doing well, but now I seem to be back in the binge cycle. Actually it's not even bingeing, it's more "inappropriate constant eating" accompanied by seemingly unctrollable urges to eat and eat.

Any suggestions ?

I've wobbled a lot since starting No S. I don't think the wobbling is over yet.
I just keep getting back on the horse. I'd love to be 100% compliant but I don't think that I ever will be. The sanity of eating the No S way is what keeps me coming back. It's simple, not necessarily easy.
