Well I can add another food to the list of my NoS kryptonite foods, pan fried pork steaks. My habitcal is showing red, I'm bloated, gassy and going to bed. I did however rock my 12th consecutive N day green for my sandbag 14 minute workout.

Another red day today. My boss took us to eat Mexican today for lunch. Ate ate chips and salsa while waiting for my huge meal. I didn't even think about it till afterwards. That puts me about 78% success. I don't think more than a reasonable single plate meal will a tempation tonight.

Man it feels weird to bring this thread back from the dead. Anyway Im back at it after my 6 year "lets try every crazy diet plan under the sun" world tour. Today was a Failure. My kids fried chicken meals at the diner were huge!!!! And I ended up "batting cleanup"

Gave myself a months gym membership for my birthday this month. I ran/walked tonight on the treadmill. I managed to run several laps at 6mph. Any faster and I might have caught on fire from my pants legs rubbing together. I'm not sure how good my gyms fire insurance is so I backed off a little.

Well its the last day of February and I did not make my 70 mile goal. I didn't walk a few days due to weather and a few days due to family obligations. I'm disappointed but ready to tackle it again in March.

Thanks reinhard I am enjoying the 14 minute workouts since I get bored pretty easy and can "plug and play" as I see fit. Recent 14 minute workouts have been loosely based on power yoga and really bad kung fu moves.

Made it a total of 4.8 miles yesteray. So that puts me at 7.1/60 miles( -2.1 miles ) My current "pushing it" walking pace is a little under 3.5 mph. I am going to have to start working in more jogging in my walking or I am going to have a hard time keeping the 2 miles per day average I am looking for.

Todays an exempt day. I've been grazing on sweets and have found they're not that tasty now that they're not forbiden! It's funny , I'm a little surprised that I really can't think of anything I'm dying to eat. Normally when I'm trying to eat "healthy" I am plagued by cravings. More later.

This is so crazy it just might work!!!!

I have tried a lot of other methods and they felt like torture. Reading food labels and keeping track of macro nutrients wears me down!!!! The Habit cal is an awesome Idea. I am a 38 years old 6'2" 295 pound male. Next year at this time I would like to be somewhere around 220 pounds. More Later
