A new outlook

I have been aware of the NO S Diet for a couple of years now. I bought the book. It does make sense, no doubt about it. I even gave it a try. In a three week period I gained a good 5 pounds and ran like the dickens from this "crazy" way of eating. :? I had 30 ponds to lose. Guess what? I STILL have ...

I REALLY have an issue with carbs. I am having a problem "just" counting three plates a day. Not only am I counting calories but I am also counting carbs. I am setting myself up for failure. I am carb sensative. Or am I? I'm not even sure if I am. The two years I ate low carb I convinced myself I wa...

I feel heavier and more bloated than ever. I didn't have to get on the scales to find out if I have gained. I feel it all ove...

If you have an oval slow cooker you can make a veggie lasanga. Just layer your sauce, cheeses and uncooked pasta and set it on low. Use a little more sauce than ususal because the pasta will absorb it. SO good. If your cooker is round you can still do it. You will just have to break up the pasta a l...
