another suggestion is when you're feeling peckish, try downing a big glass of water. I've noticed with myself that most of the time I was just thirsty and my body registered it as hunger. I also try to take a muti vitamin every day and that has helped curb my snack cravings a ton!

Wednesday = tentitive success

I had yogurt for breakfast around 8, and then my apple at about 9 (would have fit on 1 "plate"

lunch and dinner was normal

UR was about 45 min

don't worry gilli, it's taken me quite a few new starts with noS, i think it get easier to folow each time. While other diet plans may work faster at first (i've tried many) you'll soon be sick of all the rules and regulations they force onto you. Keep trying and don't beat yourself up over mistakes...

I do agree with you reinhard. Which is why I really only have one big non sweet S, which isn't to say I can only eat french fries on weekends. It just helps me be a little more strict with a food that I at one time would eat as a daily staple, sometimes for both lunch and dinner.

Went to a movie friday night an wasn't able to resist sharing popcorn with the hubby and friends. I did manage not to eat any candy so I guess that's something

Sat I did snack on some pretzles

Walked 40 min at lunch

I managed to resist the temptation to eat before dinner. Even though I had a decent lunch (beef soup, apple, handful of brown rice chips) I got really hungry around 4:30. I stuck it out until 6.

Tuesday I am taking as an EXEMPT day. There was my company's christmas party and I did enjoy a piece of cake. Although dinner was 1 plate and a good majority of it was salad. :)

I did walk for a good 45 min at lunch though :)
