I've lost 30 pounds on NoS over about 8 months and hit my target weight of 205 lbs and one pants size smaller. Now I'm 195 and and two pants sizes smaller (34" waist) which I haven't bought since at least high school. I switched from soft drinks to tea. A restaurant meal is two plates worth of food....
