Re: Aprilsparrow Daily Check In

Following only two No S principles.

No Snacks ever because I would go crazy on S day's.

No Sweets except sometimes on Saturday, Sunday, and Special Occasion's.

Am I A Failure If I Can Only Follow Two No S Diet Principles?

Hi, I've been trying the No S Diet on and off for five years now. I can get behind and follow with success the no snacks and no sweets part. What I struggle with the most is no seconds. For whatever reason I try to follow the rule and I panic and end up binge eating like a crazy person then I feel l...

What has really helped me is drinking lot's of water and distracting myself when I start thinking about eating. Not trying to be picky want to understand using one plate

So if I have a plate and I can fit a bowl of cereal or a container of yogurt and a piece of toast on the plate. Then I am ok? Does that sound right? Just trying to get the hang of this? I already messed up today without thinking. Had a bowl of maple brown sugar oatmeal. Full of sugar. Arrgh.

I'm sure this question has been asked already. I like having cereal in the morning. If I had one bowl with a sliced banana would that be considered a serving/plate or could I add a piece of toast? Just looking for some clarification.
