Another bad month but I'm not giving up. I have plenty of excuses but in the end that's all they are. Going to try to do better in October.

I probably would count it as a sweet. The same as a sugary latte. I know it sucks, I would love to eat granola bars and stuff for breakfast but it's hard to find good tasting ones that don't have chocolate in them!

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to hold off for now. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling good. There's no way the number is going to be as good as I want it to be so there's no point in checking right now. I went years without ever stepping on a scale, I need to get back into that minds...

How important is it to weigh yourself?

Okay, so I need some advice. I've been doing No S (again) for about 2 months now after spending 3 years unsuccessfully flip flopping between WW, IF, and No S trying to lose the 70-80 I gained when I was pregnant and on Mat leave. So after all these years of weighing in weekly, if not daily, I have n...

Good for you staying on track while at home. I am awful at that. Since I work Mon-Fri the habit part of brain seems to think that if I'm home during the day, I can eat whatever I want. Still working on that. My month has been pretty good. One red day and one planned S day. I haven't weighed in but I...

Thank you all so much! I think it's mostly just tiredness ans stress, both of which are triggers for me. I'm working hard on focusing on why I'm doing this and not letting the failures derail me. I'm also going to still allow myself my S days this weekend instead of telling myself that I can make it...

I'm finding myself slipping. 3 red days this week. I don't want to give up on this again. I need to stay focused! This funeral last week threw me for a loop and I haven't been able to get my head back in the game since then. Needing some encouragement.

I feel like my appetite is a todder---happier with structure (and thriving with structure) but without structure, would completely run the house! And, just like a toddler, I can't expect my appetite to "appreciate" the boundaries I have fenced around its "exploration". I just LOVE that. It's so tru...
