I think your brain takes a little time to adjust to your new regime. It was so used to all those between-meal snacks!

I mostly skip breakfast and just have coffee. It's pretty easy since I rarely wake up hungry.

I usually have "breakfast" around noon and then a small something mid-afternoon, and then my big meal of the day around 7.
