basically you eat whatever you like for 5 days, and instead of two S days, you actually fast for two days (500 calories for women). My problem is overeating, so eating whatever I like for 5 days didn't work. The premise is that you'll eat 'normally' for 5 days and then the calorie deficit on 2 days...

Hi All,

I've noticed now that I've upgraded my mac to Mavericks, and when checking the no s diet board with safari, I never see any orange 'new' messages. Anyone else seeing that?

I may try another browser as time permits to see if it's specific to safari.

It's quite scary. But I'm wondering, how often do you weigh yourself? Once a week? Once a month? Never?

I forgot. My wife and I were on NutriSystem about 20 years ago. Lost lots of weight on the miniscule portions of course.

I've been toying with starting to eat breakfast again as part of Nos. I usually just eat Lunch and Dinner.

In the past, a good amount of fat and protein has kept me satisfied until lunch. For example one of my favorites is bacon and a cheese omelet. Try a few dashes of cinnamon on your eggs!
