The only way I can walk my dogs is by getting up at 5:15am. It’s only happening about 2-3x/wk at this point. Anyway, hope you can find a routine that works for you.

You can definitely adapt NoS to 4 or 5 meals. Like you said it’s just the consistency that matters. Maybe just use smaller plates? From my experience, most binge eating comes from restriction so following a plan that eliminates that feeling would be key I’d think. You can always progress to 3 plates...

Thank you Candace although I had my first fail since i re-started. ☺️ Auto: rosebud stayed at her bffs house. They've been best friends since pre-school so she’s really close to their family. I think it was s good boost to Sweetpea’s confidence for sure. Our neighbor told her she’s her”go to” girl n...

It’s true Octavia. It’s probably makes sense that most of is won’t stick to Nos continuously for years on end but many of us are drawn back to it due to it’s simplicity I suppose. I like to think of myself of that stereotypical chic french parisian woman who eats 3 small but delicious meals a day, a...

Wow, I’d love to have that Bmi. Try not to worry to much about exact calories. I don’t think it works as simply as calories in/calories out. Just eating a little less consistently over time should do it. It may be very slowly but still more enjoyable than counting calories in my opinion. I’m just tr...
