One year!! 36 lbs down!!

I just passed my 1 year anniversary. I have lost 36 lbs total. I have noticed that my days are pretty much always green. It's gets easier the longer you go. I will never not follow this diet. I have plateaued the last three months, only losing 3 lbs, but- it's still a loss!!! Food has lost it's cont...

Nobody believes me either. That's not true, one of my brothers believed me. He's been nos-ing since October and he's lost a lot of weight. He's gone down 4 pants sizes. I've lost 35 lbs. I tell everyone who asks me, and everyone has some excuse about why it works for me but won't for them.

I have had my red days and green days but the longer I do it the easier N days are. I weighed myself tod...

i think you hit the nail on the head:

We need to admit we are overweight because we eat too much, not because of bad foods, not because of our biochemistry, simply because WE EAT TOO MUCH.

i am into my third week on noS and breastfeeding a 9 week old baby girl. I haven't seen any difference in my breastmilk at all. I would be surprised if noS would affect milk supply at all, since even mothers living during famines can make enough milk. If you are concerned about milk supply I would b...

Hi, I am a mother of 3 girls with my newest addition joining us on May 30 this year. I've always been at the high end of healthy BMI for my height but I gained a lot with my last baby. I've also had some stressful years recently and found that i was struggling to lose some extra weight. I've always ...
