Took your advice Sonya and it worked great! Thank you for that. I had breakfast much earlier than I usually do (8:30) and reduced my portions a little. Thanks for the encouragement! Had a third meal yesterday. It was 1 carrot and a quest bar. I made today my S day because it's just too hard not to.
